When Golf Digest calls your project site, “one of the best 18 holes in the country”, you approach your work with reverence, skills, and pride.  Originally designed by Arnold palmer in 1973, the course needed freshening, and so the call was made to Arthur Hills, the designer of the Majestic Ocean Course at Half Moon Bay. Under his watchful eye, our construction scope  included a complete course renovation that spanned 2 phases over 2 years.

We striped fairways, shaped new features, completed bunker and tee work, improved drainage systems, re-shaped the lake, re-turfed, and retrofitted the irrigation system. When you put the finishing touches on the dramatic 18th hole, which is said to be one of the highest ranked golf holes in the world, you can finally sit back and enjoy the sunset over the Pacific Ocean and watch the grass grow
