Water Garden Phase I

Water, water everywhere, and not a drop to waste. The Water Garden is a premier business park, and the largest office complex in Santa Monica. Despite the business focus, the 17-acre property is all about the open space. Our job was to create the 1.4-acre over-structure lake, with its cascading water, fountains and extensive gardens. For the gardens, we placed lightweight soil mixes, before installing trees, palms, colorful flowers and other plant specimens.

 

We also contracted and installed all site amenities and the multi-story fiberglass plant containers with drip irrigation and drainage. The spectacular water setting invites people to relax and enjoy, so we contracted and installed the custom benches and waste receptacles throughout. For the ultimate business environment, just add water.
