Celebrate modern grandeur while wandering through the past. The Anaheim Convention Center's 10-acre Linear Garden Plaza mixes heritage with modern vision. The area is designed as a flexible outdoor exhibition area and gathering space. Majestic palms line public paths and lead to the arrival court. Central to the project is an agrarian garden, which reflects the area's agricultural landscape from long ago. A series of botanical gardens combines grasses, groundcovers, shrubs and other native plants to honor Anaheim's heritage, against a backdrop of modern architectural splendor.

 

This project was part of the expansion of the Anaheim Entertainment District, in conjunction with Disney California Adventure Park. Installation highlights include:

- 95 phoenix dactylifera palms

- One of the earliest subterranean inline drip irrigation systems.
