Design-Build Luxury in Downtown LA

Located in the heart of downtown LA, 8th & Hope epitomizes the urban lifestyle.  It has a rooftop sanctuary, complete with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, and even a pet area, all artfully landscaped.  It also features a unique cultural activity space call the Ground Floor Project, which is located on the ground level, which is convertible, and opens to the street.  Through partnerships with artists, musicians, dance troupes and other artistic groups, the space comes alive throughout the month with various artistic performances, inspiring residents and the community alike.  American Landscape worked closely with our client and the owner to create the perfect landscape to compliment the artistic and luxurious residence.
